About Us
York Investment Report is an online ETF and Fidelity investment newsletter offering market commentary, ETF news and Fidelity mutual fund news.  We summarize the markets and provide investment ideas based on the latest news to help you outperform the markets.

Our investment newsletter also offers access to our current ETF and Fidelity mutual fund portfolios.  These portfolios are developed using our quantitative program that has been proven to outperform the overall market. 

Our Methodology
Our investment methodology is based on the principles of momentum investing.  We believe in long term trends that often cause certain certain sectors, countries or growth / value stocks to outperform.  Our portfolios are based on a purely quantitative program we developed to identify which investments are more likely to outperform.  Unlike other investment newsletters, there is no emotion involved (MORE)

Our Performance
This approach to investing has a proven record.  In fact, our average annual portfolio gains have been 23.3% since inception.  Our top ETF and Fidelity portfolios have annual returns of 29.7% and 26.4%, respectively since inception.  This compares with an annual return of just 7.3% for the S&P 500.  Imagine the difference this would make in your portfolio (MORE)

Our Services
Our newsletter offers access to 4 real time portfolios.  We offer 2 Fidelity mutual fund portfolios and 2 ETF portfolios.  The first portfolio for each is considered highly speculative and non diversified.  The second portfolio for each diversifies investment across high and low risk US equities, international equities and sector specific funds.

Our Cost
Our membership rates are only $8 per month.  There are no long term membership contracts involved.  You pay monthly and can cancel your service at anytime if you are not 100% satisfied.
